Watched the first episode, and was really quite impressed. So much swearing, you just know it was an HBO program :-) Not sure about Jane, though. She seemed to spend the whole program alternately swearing from one side of her mouth, or simpering at Bill. I just don't think that woman would simper. Other than that - yes, as you say, very good.

Mainly, I find it inferior to both "Lovejoy" and the high watermark of all western serials, the kappa_12. :)
